Refund policy

At MHYTH, we are committed to delivering premium-quality intimate wear while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. To ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience for all customers, we follow the policy outlined below.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Panties & Bottom
- Bodysuits & Lingerie
- Babydoll Nightwear with panty as part of the offering
- Swimwear
- Shapewear
- Products that include a panty as part of the offering
- Accessories, Nipple Pasties, Breast covers etc.

These products undergo strict quality checks prior to dispatch.

2. Returnable Categories (7-Day Window)
The following categories are returnable within 7 days of delivery:
- Nightwear without panty as part of the offering
- Corsets without panty as part of the offering
- Bra & Top
- Sportswear
- Other outerwear / apparel categories as specified on the product page

Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Able to pass our Quality Check (QC)

Returns will be approved only after the product is received and successfully passes QC.

3. Limited Exchanges (Goodwill Basis)
In rare cases such as size concerns, manufacturing defects, or incorrect products, an exchange may be offered as a goodwill gesture, provided the item:
- Is unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Has original tags and packaging intact
- Passes QC inspection

If the product fails QC, a β‚Ή350 reshipping fee will be applicable to send the same product back to the customer.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear images/videos

5. Processing Timeline
The entire return/exchange process (pickup, QC, and reshipping) in total may take 10–25 days, depending on case complexity and location.

6. Policy Updates
MHYTH reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated above.
