Within India, orders to Tier 1 cities usually arrive in 1-3 business days, and the rest of India in 2-5 business days. International orders take 7-21 business days depending on the destination. Occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather, or courier constraints.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,299 within India. International orders have a flat shipping charge of ₹1,799. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, PayPal, or Cash on Delivery, and prepaid orders get an instant extra discount at checkout.

Orders can’t be cancelled once they’re placed, so please double-check your size and address before checking out. We deliver to residential and business addresses only, not to PO boxes. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after ordering; if you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details. You can also log in to your Mhyth account and check the Orders section. Tracking links can take up to 24 hours to activate. If you miss a delivery attempt, your parcel may be held at the courier’s local office for collection.

Bras and tops, sportswear, nightwear and corsets without a panty included, and other apparel marked as returnable on the product page can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact, and returns are approved once the product passes our quality check.

For your hygiene and safety, panties and bottoms, bodysuits and lingerie, swimwear, shapewear, babydoll sets or any product that includes a panty, and accessories like nipple pasties and breast covers cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Every one of these pieces goes through strict quality checks before it leaves us.
